Covid restrictions update June 2022

Following the government’s general lifting of all Covid restrictions, our governing bodies have now also loosened the additional Covid-related protocols for dental and healthcare settings.

This means that the wearing of a face covering in our Practice is no longer required, and our waiting room and toilet facilities are open again to patients. However, any of our patients who feel more comfortable continuing to wear a face covering whilst visiting us are very welcome to do so.

Despite the lifting of these restrictions, we continue to practice extremely strict infection control measures to keep both patients and staff safe, including our continued use of HEPA air purification machines across the practice.

Please could we remind patients to log onto the Patient Portal ahead of each appointment via the link sent by email and SMS.

Patients are also kindly reminded to check in via the Patient Portal on arrival at the Practice for your appointment. If you require help to do this, please speak to a member of our Reception team and they will help you to complete the same forms on a Practice tablet.
