Cancellation policy


Over the past four months, more than 32 hours of appointments have been lost due to patients not attending. This makes it harder for us to offer care to other patients who are waiting to be seen.

If you ever need to cancel your appointment, please just give us a call as soon as you can –  with at least 48 hours’ notice – so we can offer the time to someone else who needs it.

We completely understand that unexpected things happen. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, or missed entirely, a missed appointment charge may apply. This helps us keep the practice running smoothly and ensure appointments remain available for everyone.
