Changing or Cancelling Appointments

We understand that life happens – plans shift, emergencies arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Why It Matters

Between 1st – 28th August, we lost valuable time that could have helped others:

  • 35 hours 45 minutes of unused appointment time
  • 7 hours 25 minutes due to no-shows

Missed and late cancellations make it harder for others to be seen and increase waiting times for everyone.

We’ll Help You Remember

To make it easier to keep track of your appointment, we’ll send:

  • An email reminder 2 weeks before
  • Another email reminder 7 days before
  • A text reminder 3 days before

Our Policy

To ensure we can continue providing timely care for all patients:

  • A fee will apply for appointments missed or cancelled within 48 hours
  • Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit when booking future appointments
